The SilverStar Southbend SLEB/20CCH convection oven is the perfect solution for your foodservice establishment. This double deck oven is extra deep accommodating 1 full size sheet pan or two 1/2 size sheet pans per rack. 5 wire racks are included with 11 different rack positions per deck spaced 1 5/8” apart giving you a variety of pan placement options. Oven heating is regulated by a 150°F – 500°F temperature controller with a 140°F – 200°F “hold” thermostat and electrical heating elements at the rear of the oven function as a single heating unit with a combined rating of 11 kilowatts per oven. Other standard features include dependent doors with windows and cool touch handles, patented “plug-in, plug-out” control panel for easy servicing and 6 inch stainless steel legs.
